Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an important opportunity for families and teachers to connect about student learning, growth, and next steps. This page includes key information, helpful resources, and access to the SchoolCloud portal.

Conference Scheduling

Families will sign up online through each school’s SchoolCloud portal:

Conference dates and sign-up windows for the 2026–2027 school year are:

Fall Conferences
October 22, 2026 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
October 23, 2026 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Sign-up opens: October 1 at noon
Sign-up closes: October 21 at noon

Spring Conferences
February 11, 2027 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
February 12, 2027 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Sign-up opens: January 21 at noon
Sign-up closes: February 10 at noon

Simplified Login

Parents do not need a unique access code. To log in, enter your contact information and your child’s birthdate.  The information you enter needs to match exactly to what is listed in PowerSchool, including your registered email, the presence (or absence) of apostrophes, spaces, etc.

Please review your information and your student’s in PowerSchool before attempting to schedule to reduce errors and issues.

Helpful Reminders & Resources

The system defaults to selecting all teachers that your student has. You may unselect any teachers you do not wish or need to meet with before proceeding to scheduling.

Conference appointments are scheduled for a set length of time. **Please note that video conferences will end automatically at the scheduled time.

Reminders may be sent to families who have not yet signed up and to those with upcoming conference appointments.

If you need to modify or cancel your conference time, you can do so through your SchoolCloud account while the scheduling window is open. View instructions on rescheduling or deleting conferences here.   **If you need additional assistance, or need to make a change to your schedule after the window has closed, please contact your school’s main office.

Video Conference Resources

  1. Inviting Another Participant (video): You may invite one additional person (e.g., a spouse joining from another location) to attend from a different device. We recommend setting this up in advance to allow ample time before your conference. Instructions for adding an additional guest can be found here.
  2. Accessing Your Video Conference: You will receive a reminder email with your video conference link from noreply@schoolcloud.co.uk. If you cannot locate the email, you can log in to your school’s site and view your schedule under "My Bookings". For detailed instructions, view SchoolCloud’s Guide to Attending a Video Conference.
  3. Technical Requirements: Video conferences work on both mobile and desktop devices equipped with a camera and microphone. Tip: We recommend testing your camera, microphone, and internet connection a few minutes before your conference begins by logging into the site and . If you experience technical issues, please consult SchoolCloud’s Troubleshooting Guide.
